Dagger™ is the first one-piece multi-single bevel grind based broad-head with simplicity and durability at the core of the design. (Pat Pend) Dagger is designed to deliver maximum penetration by efficient transfer of kinetic energy to the game without needed excessive power like a crossbow.

Heavyweight and construction
Dagger is made of solid 154CM Stainless steel, then machined, then hardened again to 62 HRC.  Dagger is a piece of ultra-precision high pressed casting to give it molecular directional strength.  This casting method was pioneered by its big brother Tramuhawk™ with much stronger and stiffer than typical bar stock machined or Metal Injection Molding process. This process can cause a lot of variance in final weight, that is why each Dagger weighs from 120 to 131 grain as indicated on the package.  But through QC we make sure each package is to be +1/-0 base on the weight shown, and you can pick the weight you prefer within 1 grain for tuning your perfect set up.  That is if you want your arrow to end up to be 420gn and 6 of them at 296 and 289 respectively you can get a pack of 124gn and 131gn each to make it the exact weight without needing to add any weight spacer(s).  Please indicate what weight you prefer or the closest to 125gn on hand will be given.

Aerodynamic efficiency and Quiet Flight
Dagger™ is equipped with Dual 40-degree single beveled edges on both sides to maximize self-propel effect when impacting the animal/target.  The majority of the weight of Dagger is on the outer perimeter of the broad-head, so when spinning at high speed, this design will further enhance the Gyro effect for arrow fletched with Aerovane III.  As Dagger is designed to not only transfer energy, and also cut efficiently.  The blade edges of Dagger although are not razor sharp due to its 17-degree angle, but one can further sharpen if desired.  With the maximum width of 27mm ( 1 1/64"), Dagger is legal to use in many states by diameter and cut size.  Since it is a single piece, it is NOT mechanical; thus it cannot fail.
