Dagger™ 100 gn is base on the provedm one-piece multi-single bevel grind based 125gn Dagger broad-head design. (Pat Pend) Dagger 100gn in stainless is designed to deliver maximum penetration by efficient transfer of kinetic energy to the game without needed excessive power like a crossbow.

Optimum weight and construction
Just like the original 125 Dagger but weights only 100gn grain and also made of solid 154CM Stainless steel, then machined, then hardened again to 62 HRC.  Dagger 100gn is a piece of ultra-precision high pressed casting to give it molecular directional strength.  This casting method was pioneered by its big brother Tramuhawk™ and 100 gn Dagger with the same strength and stiffer than typical bar stock machined or Metal Injection Molding process.

Aerodynamic efficiency and Quiet Flight
Dagger™ 100gn is also equipped with Dual 40-degree single beveled edges on both sides to maximize self-propel effect when impacting the animal/target.  The majority of the weight of Dagger is on the outer perimeter of the broad-head, so when spinning at high speed, this design will further enhance the Gyro effect for arrow fletched with Aerovane III.  As Dagger is designed to not only transfer energy, and also cut efficiently.  The blade edges of Dagger although are not razor sharp due to its 17-degree angle, but one can further sharpen if desired.  With the maximum width of 27mm ( 1 1/64").  Dagger 100gn's thickness ios  3.15mm / 0.039".  Dagger is legal to use in all of United States by diameter and cut size.  Since it is a single piece, it is NOT mechanical; thus it cannot fail.

FACT Technology
To ensure concentricity, Dagger is equipped with FACT™ (Firenock Arrow Concentric Technology, US Patent # 8337341) which the 2 O-rings on the neck of the Dagger makes it self-concentric to the arrow shaft perfectly.

    One can use 100 grain field point as practice point for Dagger broadhead.
    Due to the nature of high-pressure Forging, the 100gn Stainless Daggers your received will be from 98 to 102 gn.  Each pack will be weight matched to be +/-1 grain. On each package there may be permanent marked when the the weight exceed +/-0.5 grain of 100. e.g. 98, 99, 101, 102.  Please specify what you would prefer and the closest to what you requested wil be send. If not, the closest to 100gn on hand will be sent.
