The current deer season BR should start shipping on July 5th of that year. If you purchase a pack after March 31st and before July 4th, a BL pack will be added. If we ran out of BR, a pack of BL would be sent in its place. This is to ensure that you have a usable battery for the upcoming deer season. After we receive the fall deer season batteries, usually around July 5th, if we still have last year's BR in stock, we will offer a free pack of last year's BR as a bonus while supplies last. Every deer fall season battery should be manufactured on or around July 1st, and have a best-before date of August of the following year.
